Program FAQs
Common questions about programs, logistics, labs, pricing, and what to expect.
Getting Started
The questions everyone asks before working with us.
How do I know which program is right for me?
Most people start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. We talk about your symptoms, your history, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping to change. By the end of that conversation we’ll have a clear sense of which program — if any — is the right next step.
Do you take insurance?
Functional medicine and personalized wellness work generally isn’t covered by insurance, but many clients use HSA/FSA funds. We can also provide a superbill for some services that you may be able to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.
Where are you located? Do clients have to come in person?
Programs are delivered virtually so we can work with clients anywhere in the United States. Lab kits are mailed to your home; appointments happen by secure video.
Functional Wellness Programs
The Signature Program (16 weeks) plus an ongoing Membership for graduates — personalized 1:1 functional medicine for women.
How long is the Signature Program?
The Signature Program runs 16 weeks — the length needed for your protocol to produce measurable, re-measured results. The Membership that follows is ongoing, designed to maintain what you built during the program.
What kind of lab work is involved?
Functional labs vary by program but typically include hormone panels, gut microbiome testing, food sensitivity panels, and — where relevant — TruAge PACE epigenetic testing. We design the lab panel from your intake; you don’t pay for tests you don’t need.
Will I need to take a lot of supplements?
Only what your labs indicate and your body needs. We don’t sell a one-size-fits-all stack. Any supplementation is targeted, time-bound, and reassessed as your data improves.
BioAge Reversal Clinician Cohort
Questions from healthcare leaders evaluating the program for their clinicians.
How is this different from a standard clinician wellness program?
Standard wellness programs focus on resilience training, mindfulness, and self-care content. This program addresses the physiology that drives burnout — sleep architecture, cortisol burden, circadian disruption, nutritional epigenomics — and measures the outcome with TruAge PACE epigenetic testing pre and post.
How much time does it require from each participant?
The program is built around active clinical schedules. There are no retreats and no extended time away from patient care. Expect approximately 60–90 minutes of structured engagement per week, plus independent application.
What does the cohort outcomes report include?
Your organization receives a cohort-level summary documenting biological age changes, biomarker shifts, and self-reported outcomes — presented in clinical terms your leadership will recognize.
Corporate Wellness Programs
For HR and people leaders considering a partnership.
What's the ideal cohort size?
Program One (“Reclaiming Vitality”) works best with 20–50 participants. Program Two (“The Microbiome Advantage”) works best with 30–50. Larger groups are possible with adjusted facilitation.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on cohort size, program length, and customization. Schedule a conversation and we’ll provide a clear proposal for your specific scope.
Can the curriculum be customized for our industry?
Yes. While the clinical framework is consistent, the case studies, examples, and emphasis are tailored to your workforce — clinical teams, financial services, tech leadership, and others each get material relevant to their working conditions.
