Clinical credibility, with warmth.
25 years of clinical experience, functional medicine certification, and a documented biological age reversal of my own.
For years, I thought I was just busy.
I was a nurse anesthetist with nearly two decades of clinical experience. I knew the body. I knew the science. I knew what I should be doing — the sleep, the nutrition, the stress management. I had all of it in my head. And I could not do any of it.
I was getting through the days, not living them. Wired but exhausted. Whole-body pain that I had quietly accepted as normal. Snapping at my kids in ways that broke my heart. Showing up for my patients with everything I had — and having nothing left for the people I loved most, or for myself.
The hardest part wasn't how I felt. It was that I didn't even know how far I had drifted. I had gotten so used to feeling that way that I thought it was just me. Just life. Just what being a working mother looked like.
Then I saw my biological age.
I was chronologically in my forties. My biological age came back at nearly 102. And something shifted — not into panic, but into clarity. My body wasn't failing me. It was telling me, in the most measurable terms possible, exactly how long it had been asking for something different.
That number changed everything.
I went deep — into epigenetics, hormonal health, nervous system regulation, precision nutrition, and the root causes that conventional medicine had never once explored with me. I rebuilt, slowly and deliberately. And I reversed my biological age by decades.
I became a certified functional medicine practitioner not because it was the next credential — but because I refused to let other women spend years feeling the way I felt, being told everything looked "fine" on their labs, and quietly shrinking into a version of themselves they didn't recognize.
You deserve more than fine. You deserve to know what your body is actually asking for — and to have someone in your corner who knows how to listen.
That's why I'm here.

HeartMath Certified Practitioner

DNA Life Certified Practitioner
Nutrigenomic testing and interpretation, so nutrition is matched to your genetics, not a generic template.
One practitioner. Nothing lost in the handoff.
When you work with me, I'm the one who reviews your labs with you, builds your protocol, designs your nutrition plan, works with you on stress and nervous-system regulation, and checks in with you week to week. That's deliberate. In most practices the clinical piece and the nutrition piece are split between people, and the connections between them — why your gut symptoms are tied to your estrogen metabolism, why your cortisol pattern is undermining your sleep — get lost in translation.
My functional medicine training covers nutrition as a clinical intervention, not an add-on, and my HeartMath certification means the stress piece is handled with measurable tools, not platitudes. So your food plan is built from your labs, your genetics, and your life — and it changes when your data changes.
Four paths. One clinical standard.
Individual programs, clinician cohorts, corporate partnerships, and speaking engagements — every offering is grounded in the same evidence-based framework.
