Is This You?

You know something has shifted.
You just want someone to explain it.

You're noticing changes you can't quite name — fatigue that doesn't improve with sleep, mood swings that feel out of proportion, weight that moved without anything in your life changing. You've had labs drawn and been told everything looks "normal." You're not sure what perimenopause actually means for your hormones. And you're done guessing.

  • Unexplained fatigue, brain fog, or difficulty concentrating that's new for you
  • Mood shifts — irritability, anxiety, or low mood — that don't match your circumstances
  • Disrupted sleep, night sweats, or waking up and not being able to fall back asleep
  • Weight changes, particularly around the midsection, despite no changes in how you eat
  • Labs that came back "normal" while you still don't feel like yourself
  • A readiness to finally understand what is happening in your body — and what to do about it
The Curriculum

What You Will Learn

Five focused lessons, each building on the last — designed to give you a complete clinical picture of your hormones in perimenopause.

01

How Hormones Work — and Why They Shift in Perimenopause

Understand the hormonal cascade, what changes in the perimenopausal transition, and why symptoms like fatigue and mood shifts are not random — they're biological. This lesson gives you the framework that makes everything else make sense.

02

The Stress-Hormone Connection and Cortisol's Role

Your adrenal glands are doing more work than you think. Learn how chronic stress competes with reproductive hormones for resources, why cortisol dysregulation amplifies perimenopausal symptoms, and how to begin working with your stress response rather than against it.

03

Nutrition and Blood Sugar for Hormone Balance

Blood sugar instability is one of the most overlooked drivers of hormonal symptoms in midlife. This lesson covers how to eat to stabilize glucose, reduce inflammation, and give your hormones the nutritional foundation they need to function.

04

Sleep, Detoxification, and Hormonal Recovery

Sleep and liver function are two of the most powerful levers in hormone balance — and two of the most underutilized. Learn what good hormonal sleep looks like, how estrogen is processed and cleared, and what supports that process daily.

05

Building Your Personal Hormone Balance Protocol

Pull everything together into a personal plan. By the end of this lesson, you'll have a clear, individualized framework for supporting your hormones through food, movement, sleep, and stress — built around your biology and your life.

Common Questions

FAQs

How long do I have access?

Lifetime — this course never expires. Go at your own pace, come back whenever you need a refresher, and revisit any lesson as your health journey evolves.

How much time does each lesson take?

About 20 to 30 minutes per day, plus time to review the companion PDF resources. The course is designed to fit into a real life, not require one.

Is this right for me if I am already working with a doctor?

Yes. This is an educational program designed to complement your existing care, not replace it. Many women find that understanding the functional medicine framework helps them ask better questions and get more from their medical appointments.

What if I am not in perimenopause yet?

The foundations taught in this course support hormonal health at every stage of a woman's life. Whether you are in your 30s with early hormonal shifts, in perimenopause, or postmenopausal, the principles are relevant and applicable.
