For nearly 15 years, I gave anesthesia for a living. I understood the body with clinical precision. I was trained to keep people alive under the most demanding conditions in medicine.
And still, my own body was sending signals I didn't know how to read.
The chronic stress of the operating room, the broken sleep, the relentless pace of a career in critical care: they had a cost I wasn't measuring. When I finally tested my biological age using DNA methylation analysis, I was 45 years old. My biological age came back as 103. Not my chronological age. My biological age. My body was operating as though it had aged at more than twice the rate it should have.
That was the moment everything changed.
I went deep into the science — functional medicine, longevity research, epigenetics, hormonal physiology, and the gut-brain axis. I built a protocol grounded in real data, not guesswork. And I reversed it. Measurably. Clinically. With labs to prove it.
What I discovered in that process is what I now bring to every client: the body is not a problem to be solved. It is an intelligent system asking for something it hasn't yet received. My job — and this entire practice — exists to find out exactly what that is.
The women who find me have usually been told their labs are normal. That this is just stress, just perimenopause, just part of getting older, they are not on an irreversible path. They are under-resourced — and under-heard.
